NATIONAL ADVISORS CONFERENCE 2025

Create a unique brand identity for M Financial’s prestigious annual event, National Advisors Conference 2025, tailored for their Member Firms, Principals, and Insurance Carriers. From this new brand, create the following: environmental signage, name badges, notebook, flyers, postcards, gift vouchers, website and email mockups, PowerPoint template, intranet graphics, window and floor clings, menus, and a style guide.

Ideation

From three initial mood boards for this Southern California event, the Events team chose an option inspired by the local landscape and the tagline—Reaching New Heights. From here, I worked up three logo options related to topography, rolling hills, all while maintaining an earthy, spa-like look and feel. I normally correlate color scheme with the hotel’s interior design and outer landscaping, making sure the brand complements the environment.

The Brand

Out of more than a dozen logo options that I created, the Creative Director and I narrowed it down to three logos to prevent to the Events team. The first two are the logos not chosen, and the third was the chosen selection (embellished with a few extras to show the final brand).

Brand Guidelines

These guidelines covered regulations for the logo, color palette accessibility, and the proper use of typefaces, elements, and patterns, along with directions for photographic style. In addition, I included examples illustrating how the brand identity could be applied across different media platforms.
